Questions we hear often

Do you wrap gifts in store?

Yes. Simple kraft wrap and a hand-written tag are free with any gift purchase. Specialty papers are available for a small add-on.

Can I try pens before buying?

We keep test pads at the writing desk. Fountain pens are demonstrated with washable ink only — ask a colleague if you prefer a particular nib size.

Do you ship outside Utrecht?

We focus on the shop floor. For larger orders within the Netherlands, email us — we arrange carefully packed parcels when stock allows.

Are notebooks refillable?

Several covers take standard A5 and B6 inserts. We keep a short list of compatible refills beside the journal wall.
